ABOUT THE PLACE
Welcome to Lesjön pike camp and its four cabins; Grey, Red, Brors and Small Cabin. The camp is situated directly by the bank of lake Lesjön, only 9 km from the village Rossön, where You can find a grocery shop.
At summertime You can sit outside and look at the hunting pike and brown trout, while You are enjoying the silence. Only 5 minutes car drive from the camp, You will find the beautiful river Rörströmsälven with wild stocks of brown trout and grayling.
In the slow parts of the river You will find a magical nature and a great fishing for pike and perch.
Red Cabin is 70 m2 with six beds, kitchen, WC/Shower, sauna and WiFi
The boats for hire at Lesjön are 430/440 Linder and Kimple aluminium boats (total 8 boats) with Suzuki 5 HP motors (4-stroke).
FISHING AREAS
The lake Lesjön is a great lake for pike and perch fishing and has also a population of wild brown trout. The fishing area is situated along the lake Lesjön and the river Rörströmsälven that connects to the lake, not far from the camp site.
Rörströmsälven keeps trout and grayling in the fast water and perch and pike in the slow areas. This outlet is very productive and always keeps big pike, perch and trout.
About 15 km from the camp You will find the village Rossön and the lake Bodumsjön. You can also find several small forest lakes with trout and char (special license for those lakes). The river Vängelälven (35 km away) is also a very nice river with grayling and brown trout.
Fishing season
Fishing for pike and perch is good all thru June , July (depending on water temperature), August and September. Trout fishing in the lake can be awarding in mid/late June when the big mayflies hatch.

Interesting sights include the rock paintings at Harahällarna located at the mouth of the river Nagasjöåns, the nature reserve at Vallsjön with centuries-old pines,hiking trails in the Bollbergs Nature Reserve and the Homestead museum with a stone Age museum. There is also a nine hole golf course in the village Rossön.
